The laboratory of Exosomes at CIC bIoGUNE is focused on investigating extracellular vesicles (EVs) associated with various diseases and models, including cancer, fibromyalgia, and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease. Our group have different in vivo and in vitro models, with special attention to 3D cultures as a valuable experimental model, aiming to mimic the physiological environment more accurately and enhance the translational relevance of our findings. Furthermore, our expertise extends to the utilization of a platform for targeted and untargeted metabolomic analysis allowing us to comprehensively analyze the metabolic profiles associated with cellular responses and disease states.
